Policies and Conditions

1. Order
Since the TurboMed XTERN device is a personal device, it is necessary to measure the size to tailor the device to fit the user. Therefore, once the order is confirmed, the buyer must pay a 50% deposit.

 

2. Payment

  • Bank transfer, Krungsri Bank

  • Credit or debit card payment (minimum 5,000 baht)

  • Installment (Credit card)
     

3. Order cancellation
Since the TurboMed XTERN device is a personal device, once it has been ordered, it cannot be canceled.

 

4. Product exchange
Since the TurboMed XTERN device is a personal device, once it has been ordered, it cannot be exchanged.
** Note: Immediately after receiving the device and before using the product, the customer must check the correctness of the product, device, parts, and accessories of that product. In the event that the product, device, or parts have a problem, the customer can notify the company to request a product exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product. There are the following limitations for product exchange:

  • Products with a quality guarantee against defects due to manufacturing errors or defects due to parts defects during the warranty period must be returned for examination first and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Special products and accessories of that product If it is used until scratches or other marks appear, customers will not be able to request a replacement.
     

5. Product Return
Since the TurboMed XTERN device is a personal device, once it has been ordered, it cannot be returned.

 

6. Refund in case of changing the payment or payment error

  • In case the customer pays via bank account, the company will refund the money back to the account number that the customer has informed, taking approximately 15-20 business days.

  • In case the customer pays via credit card or debit card, the card will be charged via a commercial bank registered in Thailand. When the customer cancels the payment, the card must be checked as voided. The money will be refunded back to the credit card that the customer used to pay, taking approximately 30 business days, depending on the credit card billing cycle of the customer's cardholder's bank after the date the customer informs the company.
     

7. After-sales Service

  • Cutting the Lace clip or attaching the Lace clip to the shoe, the buyer will be responsible for the transportation costs of the device.

  • In case the buyer wants to change the size of the parts, it can be done without any service fee. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of spare parts and transportation costs of the device.
     

8. Product Warranty
Warranty conditions

  • The warranty covers only broken parts from normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse. The parts list is as follows:

        1. Main Brace Body
        2. Front Shoe Section "U" Shape
        3. Main Posterior Section "Y" Shape / Shin Arch Section

  • The warranty period starts from the date the customer receives the device (Classic & Frontier 2 years, Summit 3 years)


  • Warranty for TurboMed XTERN products distributed by Smart Step Solution Co., Ltd. only. **

  • Not guaranteed for deterioration due to use, such as Calf pad, Mold calf pad & Strap kit, Shin pad & Magnet strap kit, Lace Clip, Tie-wrap
